Conditions for business use of Softphia, applicable when incorporated into and accepted as part of your order.

The provider is Tibet Softphia, Rue du Botzet 1, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland, UID CHE-228.414.059. Contact: [email protected]. Softphia is offered for professional business use. An individually agreed written contract takes precedence. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
The accepted order or written offer defines the package, features, limits, billing period and implementation services. Creating an account alone does not authorise an undisclosed charge. Screenshots use demonstration data. Feature descriptions do not promise unlisted integrations, legal certification or a particular business outcome.
The amount, currency, taxes and billing period displayed before confirmation govern the order. A yearly amount is the charge for the year, not a monthly instalment. Additional units, hardware and implementation are charged only as agreed. Trial duration and conversion to paid service must be stated in the order.
The order states the subscription period and whether renewal is automatic. Request cancellation before the period ends by emailing [email protected] and identifying your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then unless a justified suspension applies. We confirm the end date in writing.
Cancellation for convenience does not normally create a pro-rata refund for an already started paid period. Incorrect or duplicate charges will be corrected. Statutory remedies, agreed refunds and rights arising from our failure to provide the contracted service remain unaffected. Mandatory withdrawal rights are not excluded.
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and assign appropriate permissions. You are responsible for lawful customer and staff data, business records and software use. Unlawful content, attacks and access to another business’s data are prohibited. Keep copies of records needed for your own obligations.
Report faults to [email protected] with sufficient details. Maintenance, internet, third parties and hardware can affect availability. No specific uptime, response time or hardware compatibility is guaranteed without written agreement. Changes must not materially remove the agreed service during a paid period without an appropriate remedy.
Access may be proportionately restricted for serious security risk, unlawful use or overdue payment, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where feasible. Before contract end, contact us to arrange return and deletion of business data, subject to mandatory retention. Indefinite storage after termination is not promised.
Softphia and its licensors retain software rights; you retain rights in your business data. Liability follows applicable law, without exclusion for intent, gross negligence or non-excludable liability. Personal data is addressed in the privacy notice and any required processing agreement. New prices or material changes apply to future periods only, after notice and an opportunity to cancel. Paid periods are not changed retroactively. Swiss law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
